ABOUT Ocotillo Foundation Inc / Genesis of Hope
Each of the children that are up for sponsorship through Genesis of Hope are located in some of the poorest and harshest locations on the planet. GOH exists for the sole purpose of helping as many children as possible to have access to help with their basic needs. These needs include physical, mental, and educational needs. When a sponsor decides to help one of the children on this site, they are having an impact that they will truly never be able to grasp or understand. Hungry or Fed. Illness or Wellness. Death or Life. You can have a meaningful impact on the lives of countless people through the simple act of sponsoring children through Genesis of Hope.
Genesis of Hope is a cooperative program between COI and Ocotillo Foundation.
As is standard policy for most similar public charities, while we do hold donated funds to each project’s specific purposes, we do retain “variance power,” that is, discretion and control over how funds are disbursed within those purposes, and the unilateral right to select those receipts whom we believe will best accomplish those purpose.
